What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and PSD. PDF preferred at 300 DPI minimum. We run a free pre-flight check on every file — if something’s wrong, we flag it before printing.
I don't have a design; can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team creates print-ready artwork from scratch. Just describe what you need and we’ll include design costs in your quote. Layouts from J$8,000/hr, logos from J$18,000. All files yours to keep.
How fast can you turn around an order?
Standard is 5–7 business days. Rush is 48 hours. Express is 24 hours (call to confirm availability). Same-day pickup may be available for small orders.
Do you do building and exterior signs?
Yes. ACM panels, channel letters, illuminated signs, fascia wraps, window graphics and more. Each project is custom quoted. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll come out for an on-site assessment.
Can I pick up same day?
Yes! Free pickup from our Montego Bay shop. Walk-ins welcome Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm. We also deliver across Jamaica.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Volume discounts apply automatically — the more you order, the lower the unit price. For large accounts, multi-location orders or reseller pricing, contact us for a custom wholesale rate.
Do you visit sites for assessments and measurements?
Yes. For building signs, storefront graphics and large installations we offer on-site assessments across the Montego Bay area. Mention this when submitting your quote request.
